For services not listed, please call for the current fee schedule.

Most Insurances are accepted. We are In-network with Optum Behavioral Health, Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield (VABLS), Aetna, and United Healthcare. Out-of-network benefits can be used as well, and/or a superbill can be provided to you. Unfortunately, we do not accept Virginia Medicaid, Anthem Healthkeepers Plus, and any other form of Medicaid at this time. This may change in the near future.

At times, we will verify your insurance coverage as a courtesy. Keep in mind, it is ultimately the client's responsibility to be sure services are covered. 

​

In most cases, the first appointment is the intake appointment, which takes  45--60 minutes to complete. Each subsequent appointment will be 45 minutes. This timeframe applies to some individual sessions, family therapy, and marriage/couples therapy.

• Mentoring, Coaching, and Consultation Services: $200 per session

• Parenting Coordination (PC) Services: $275 per session (split between parents). Insurance does not cover this service.

Dr. Juggins has partnered with The Charleyne McFarland Scholarship Program aka Black Girls Smile, and Open Path to assist clients in paying for therapy services. There are a limited number of slots for those utilizing these services. Please visit these websites for more information.

Stripe, Square, Ivy Pay, HSA, and credit/debit cards are accepted.

Reduced Fees

In some situations, a reduced fee for service may be available on a limited basis.

 

Missed Appointments & Late Cancellations

Unless you and your provider have discussed specific exceptions, you may be charged for late cancellations and missed appointments that are made less than 48 hours before a scheduled appointment.
